LIABILITY EXCLUSION

Liability for content
We generate the content of our pages with great care and consideration. However, we cannot accept any liability for the accuracy, completeness and currency of their contents. As service providers we are, in accord with § 7 para.1 TMG [German Telemedia Act] responsible for our own content on these pages according to general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as service providers are not obligated to monitor transmitted or saved external information or research circumstances that are indicative of an illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the user of information under the general terms of the law remain unaffected by this restriction. Any liability in this respect is only possible starting from the date and time that we were made aware of a concrete violation of the law. Once we are made aware of such violations of the law, we will immediately remove these contents.

Liability for Links
Our content contains links to external webpages of third parties on whose content we have no influence. For this reason we cannot accept any liability for these external contents. The particular service provider is responsible in every case for the contents of linked pages.  The linked pages were checked for possible violations of the law at the time the links were set.  No illegal contents were detected at the time the links were set. However, it is not reasonable to constantly monitor the content of linked pages without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. On becoming aware of any violations of the law, we will immediately remove any such links.

Copyright
The content and works created by the page operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, processing, editing and any type of commercial use outside of the limits of copyright law requires the written consent of the particular author and/or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. To the extent that content on this page was not created by the operator, the copyright laws of third parties were observed.  Specifically, third-party content is acknowledged as such. Should you become aware of a copyright infringement in spite of this, we request that you notify us. On becoming aware of violations of the law we will immediately remove content of that kind.

Data Protection
As a rule, it is possible to use our website without entering personal data. To the extent that personal data are collected on our pages (e.g. name, address or e-mail address), this is only done, to the extent possible, on a voluntary basis. These data are not shared with third parties without your expressed consent.

We remind you that data transfer in the internet (e.g. when communicating via e-mail) can be subject to security breaches. Completely secure data protection against third-party access is simply not possible.

The use of contact data published in the context of our duty to provide publisher’s information by third-parties for the purpose of sending advertising and informational materials that are not expressly requested is herewith expressly prohibited.  The operators of these pages expressly reserve legal actions in the course of unsolicited sending of advertising information, e.g. by means of spam-mail.
